Unworn bikinis and clothing purchased from frankiesbikinis.com may be returned in new condition within 30 days of fulfillment. Tags and liners must still be attached for the return to qualify for a full refund.
Final-sale items cannot be refunded. Store credit is not currently offered, and approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. For hygiene, try swimwear on over underwear. Orders placed online cannot be returned at a retail store.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Begin an exchange through the return portal within 30 days of fulfillment. Items must be new, with their tags and liners attached.
Final-sale merchandise is not exchangeable, an item that has already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again, and international orders are not eligible for exchanges.
What is an instant exchange?
For an instant exchange, your card is authenticated when you place the return and the replacement order begins processing right away. You then have 14 days to ship the original item back.
If the return is not shipped within that window, or you decide to keep it, the card will be charged for the full return amount. If you still intend to return the item after missing the 14-day deadline, contact support@frankiesbikinis.com.
How do I start my return?
Customers in the United States and abroad can submit a request through the return portal. A shipping label will be sent by email; use that label to mail the approved items back.
After inspection, a refund notification is normally emailed within 10–15 business days. The return label expires 28 days after it is issued, and a reminder is sent approximately one week before expiration.
International customers: the return-label cost is deducted from the refund, and duties and taxes paid on the order are non-refundable.
How do I return a pre-order?
Email support@frankiesbikinis.com to begin a pre-order return. Pre-order returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How do I track my return?
US customers can track a return with the tracking number on the provided prepaid shipping label. International customers can use the tracking number on their DHL International return label.
How soon will I receive my refund?
A full refund to the original form of payment is generally processed within 10–15 business days after the return is delivered. Once the refund notification arrives, allow another 5–10 days for your bank to post the funds.
Can I return or exchange an order purchased at a Frankies Bikinis retail store?
A purchase made at a retail store must be returned or exchanged directly through the original place of purchase.
